SP Shivendu Bhushan Holds Sampark Sabha in Seppa

Seppa, April 21:

In an effort to foster better communication and strengthen internal coordination, the newly posted Superintendent of Police, Shivendu Bhushan, conducted a “Sampark Sabha” with police personnel under his command.

The interactive session provided a platform for officers and staff to openly discuss their concerns, challenges, and suggestions. Emphasizing transparency and inclusivity, the SP encouraged all ranks to share their views freely, ensuring that every voice within the force is heard and valued.

The initiative highlights a proactive approach towards personnel welfare and aims to build a supportive and positive work environment.

By promoting open dialogue between leadership and staff, the Sabha seeks to enhance teamwork, boost morale, and improve overall efficiency in policing.
