AAPSU Holds First Executive Meet After Oath Ceremony

 

Itanagar, April 19:

The first meeting of the Central Executive Members of the All Arunachal Pradesh Students’ Union for the 2026–29 tenure was convened on Sunday at NEFA Club, Itanagar, under the chairmanship of its President, Meje Taku.

The meeting marked the beginning of the new executive’s functioning, where key issues concerning student welfare and organizational priorities are expected to be discussed in the coming days.

A day earlier, on April 18, the oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected Central Executive Members was held at DK Convention Hall, Itanagar. The ceremony formally marked the assumption of office by the new team.

During the event, members took an oath to uphold the values and principles of the union and committed themselves to working for the welfare, rights, and interests of students across Arunachal Pradesh. 

The ceremony witnessed the presence of student leaders and well-wishers, reflecting the significance of the transition in leadership within the apex student body of the state.
