The Arunachal Cabinet has approved a significant expansion of human resources to enhance the functioning and administrative capacity of local self-government institutions.
As part of the decision, 𝟏𝟎𝟎 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟏𝟎𝟎 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐔𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐤𝐬 will be created in Zilla Parishads to strengthen technical and administrative operations. In addition, 𝟒𝟎 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐤/𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 have been sanctioned under the Zilla Parishads and the Directorate of Panchayati Raj.
The move is aimed at improving grassroots governance, accelerating development works, and ensuring more efficient service delivery at the district and panchayat levels.
