Hailing from Pasighat in East Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh, Tengam’s inclusion in the list marks a significant milestone for the state’s growing presence in mainstream cinema and OTT platforms. The IMDb ranking highlights Indian celebrities who are currently trending, based on the engagement and activity of more than 250 million monthly users worldwide.

Tengam Celine Koyu made her OTT debut with Aspirants Season 2 and continued her role in Season 3, where she portrayed an IPS officer.
